My Green Smoothie.

Happy Saturday!!! I just LOVE smoothies! They're so easy, quick, & very filling. They're also perfect for beating this summer heart & it is HOT here in Myrtle Beach! If you want to get into smoothies a highly suggest a nutribullet!

This is how I make my favorite Green Smoothie!

1/2 of banana (frozen)

1 handful of spinach

slices of peach

slices of pineapple

slices of strawberries

slices of mango

1 small scoop of granola

I buy the big bags of frozen fruit from walmart. There is NO added sugar and no perservatives. Makes it much easier than cutting up a ton of fruit. I get the one that already has the strawberries, mango, peaches, & pineapple cut up. Oh & if you are not a big spinach fan the big news is that you can NOT taste it at all. I promise ;)
