Never too late for a fresh start!

I am SO thrilled to be able to say that in two weeks I've lost a total of 6.8 pounds & I have not gone hungry at all! This has actually been really easy! I've just been eating correctly & taking daily walks. Pretty soon I'll get my butt back into the gym and start doing pilates again because it really worked for me in the past.

Losing weight & making this healthy lifestyle change, for me, is way more of a mental thing. If I don't set goals, make plans, & prep I just won't do it. I'm back in the right mind set and am excited to be back on track!

If you're sturggling, like I have many times in the past, let me know. It's always nice to talk with someone who understands. This is NOTHING to be embarrassed about... It just means that you could have a major success story in the horizon! Think about it that way ;)
